We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from www.marieshew.com. Please note our terms for returns below:

Claims must be made within 10 days of delivery for a refund by writing to "marie@marieshew.com" to notify us of your request.

To return a marieshew.com item, email marie@marieshew.com to obtain a return authorization number and prepaid return label.

All items returned must be in the same condition in which they were received. We will not accept returns of used, soiled, or damaged merchandise. We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Please note that many of our products are individually crafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations are a natural result of this process and add to the unique beauty and personality of each piece.
